The Sesame seeds have been sown in July and August in Burkina Faso, during the rainy season.

The crops are now in full production and will be ready for harvest in October. The plants will be bundled and dried for a few weeks, before the seeds are separated.OLVEA will then transform them into Sesame seed oil in its green plant in Burkina Faso.

OLVEA produces conventional, organic and fair trade certified Sesame seed oil.
