At OLVEA, we are actively involved in the fight against climate change and the preservation of natural resources through our OLVEAct for the Climate initiative.

Since 2015, we have been conducting our carbon footprint assessment to identify and measure our main sources of CO2e emissions. Based on this evaluation, we have set the ambitious goal of reducing our direct emissions by 50% by 2029.

Our main levers for action concern our consumption and results in significant investments in renewable energies:

⚡ To date, 100% of the electricity at our French sites comes from renewable sources with origin guarantees.
⚙️ By our 100th anniversary in 2029, we also commit to transitioning from natural gas to biomethane to achieve 100% renewable energy!

But that’s not all! OLVEA engages all its partners in this decarbonization strategy, involving the training of 100% of our employees and collaborative projects with our clients and suppliers.
