At OLVEA, from information to prevention and action, we believe it’s crucial to play an active role in raising awareness against breast cancer, among as many people as possible. Here’s how we’ve made an impact this year:
🔍 Acting through knowledge: we start the month with a quiz via our wellness app. Why? Because knowledge is the first step in prevention. Understanding breast cancer means more people are more equipped to detect early warning signs.
🌸 Symbolic gestures, powerful impact: roses were distributed to all women OLVEA employees, symbolizing care and awareness. The benefits went to La Ligue contre le Cancer and the Emma association, helping to fund further cancer research and support services.
🎗️ Self-examination: “La Ligue contre le Cancer” came to the office for a hands-on workshop teaching essential self-examination techniques. Early detection saves lives, and we’re committed to empowering our team with these life-saving skills.
🌍 Extending our reach globally: in partnership with Nuxe, we led the 3rd breast cancer screening campaign in Morocco, in rural area where access to healthcare is limited. This initiative benefited 650 women.
