New arrival at OLVEA: the corporate boat
A J70 sailboat is at the disposal of the OLVEA Group’s collaborators in order to give them the opportunity to learn and get better at sailing. The main goal of this boat is to share a friendly and unifying activity outside the workplace while discovering joys of sailing, and even regattas for the most conversant.
Inauguration of OLVEA Burkina Faso’s new plant
In order to better meet the growing demands of the international cosmetics market, OLVEA Burkina Faso has built a new factory in Bobo Dioulasso.This new agro-industrial processing unit was inaugurated Tuesday, April 19, 2016, in the presence of Stéphane Sanou, Minister of Trade, Industry and Handicrafts, representing the President of Burkina Faso, as well as ambassadors from France, Denmark and the European Union, and technical and financial partners of OLVEA.
2016 Ecovadis evaluation: Silver level
OLVEA Vegetable Oils has achieved the Silver level of CSR performance (Corporate Social Responsibility) following its evaluation on the Ecovadis platform, thus ranking among the 30% of the top-rated companies.
In-Cosmetics 2016 – Paris
As every year, OLVEA Vegetable Oils will be exhibiting at the In-Cosmetics, which will take place in Paris from 12 to 14 April 2016. On this occasion, OLVEA Vegetable Oils will present a new sustainable supply chain, a new production site in Burkina Faso, its Shea esters and, of course, its wide range of vegetable oils and oil derivatives.
OLVEA achieves EFfCI certification
Those standards establish a guide to Good Manufacturing Practices for cosmetic ingredients, based on the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard (quality management system).This certification drives the continuous improvement process of OLVEA’s quality policy in order to better meet its clients’ expectations.
